Your briefcase is our online account tool that helps you with your small business transactions. Your briefcase allows you to set up an account at lawyersescrowusa.com, download useful forms for your business sale, and easily access and print your forms again in the future, any time that you need them.

Your briefcase also contains a tool called your "file folder." When you find a form you would like to download from our website, simply add it to your file folder, then continue the checkout process to download your form. Your file folder acts similar to an online shopping cart, but we never charge you for our form downloads.

Your briefcase also allows you to set your account preferences to receive our upcoming newsletters and business alerts.
