our Escrow Agent, Business Transaction, and Small Business Lender services.

• Personal client information to open an escrow account, close a business
transaction, or handle a loan closing, (i.e., legal name, home address, telephone
number, email address, social security number, marital status, and tax identification

• Bank account information to wire escrow funds, seller proceeds from
a business transaction, or loan proceeds to a borrower, (i.e., bank name,
bank account name, bank account number, and bank ABA routing and transit
number)
Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not disclose nor sell your personal information to third parties
for the purpose of marketing services or products. We will
only communicate your personal information to a third party in one
of the following conditions:
• It is required by law to disclose your personal information to an
authority
